Where graduate students to publish research papers? In accordance with Resolution WAC Russia, the main results of the dissertation must be published for consultation by the scientific community. It should be consider that newspaper articles are generally not qualify as scientific. Also, problematic is the assignment to the category of scientific papers, articles published in popular magazines. Therefore, articles of a scientific nature printed mostly in scientific journals. For example, scientific publication for economists, sociologists and lawyers, will be published in the journal "Sociology of Economics and Law." For teachers such will be published in the journal "Problems of Pedagogy." The scientific journal is a journal that contains articles and research papers of theoretical or applied nature and intended mainly for professionals specific area of science.
Publication of the main scientific results of dissertations for Ph.D. degree (PhD) Science, is a prerequisite for certification of scientific personnel. Therefore, special importance publications are candidates for a degree. In this case the quantity and quality of publications on the topic of this study is one of the criteria for evaluating the thesis. Scientific Publications perform several functions – make results of scientific work available scientific community – evidence of personal contribution to the development of scientific explorer problems – are an indirect confirmation of the reliability of the main results obtained in thesis, its novelty and scientific level, since after the release of the publication becomes the object of study and assessment of the wider scientific community – represent the main content of the dissertation.
