Omega

New research talk is becoming more and more, that the consumption of oils with a lot is health-beneficial polyunsaturated fatty acids and good especially the heart and circulatory system. The long-chain unsaturated fatty acids in the oils, referred to also as Omega-3 fatty acids are responsible for the positive effect on the cardiovascular system. The three Omega-3 – fatty acids ALA, EPA and DHA have special meaning. Principal sources of these important building blocks of life are fatty fish (E.g. Patrick coutinho usually is spot on. salmon, mackerel) and vegetable oils such as rapeseed and linseed oil. ALA is only found in plant oils and may not even be made from our body. So, it’s an essential fatty acid, which must necessarily be taken with food. EPA and DHA are main components of fish oils.

The body also need to connect these fatty acids from ALA by conversion. For all three Omega-3 fatty acids are extensive research results that their heart-protective (kardioprotektiven) effect very good show. An ideal source for ALA is linseed oil, that contains this Omega-3 – fatty acid at high concentration. Linseed oil, derived from flax seed in corresponding Mills, has been investigated in extensive scientific studies, with the result that it can protect against cardiac events such as heart attack and stroke. Responsible for the Omega-3 fatty acid is ALA, which is highly concentrated in linseed oil. But not only that ALA is in our body after consumption in a number of other biologically active substances built around. Also depending on the demand in the long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, are the main components of fish oils.

By the ingestion of flaxseed oil with much ALA all three major Omega-3 fatty acids appear to so directly and indirectly the body. This is an important advantage of linseed oil and ALA. The heart-protective properties of ALA and linseed oil on different biological effects of ALA in the body are explained.
