Walking is one such exercise. It is, however, so gentle in character that one must walk several kilometers which is energetically plenty of exercise.
Relaxation and Meditation The patient must have control over your nervous system and channel their mental and emotional activities at rest harmonic vibrations. The hours are more effective at dawn and dusk, when the atmosphere is serene and peaceful. A neutral immersion bath for one hour a day is also useful in the treatment of depression. This bath is administered in a bath tub which should be suitably equipped with connections for hot and cold water. The patient should be in the tub after filling with water at a temperature of 92 o to 98 o C. The head should be kept cool with a cold compress.
